Post Renewal Policy

Post Installation Renewal Policy
Beginning April 1 2026, all new post installations will be subject to a monthly renewal fee 90 days after the initial installation.
This change is being implemented to support continued inventory rotation and operational costs to ensure we can provide reliable access to our offerings for all customers. You are essentially renting the post from us. All posts provided by Post Install Pros are and remain, the property of Post Install Pros. Some agents provide their own posts and we provide the installation service. Our policies apply only to posts owned by Post Install Pros.
The monthly renewal fee will be applied as follows:
Standard Post: $15.00 per month
Dual Post: $19.99 per month
Commercial Post: $24.99 per month
The renewal fee will be billed automatically on a monthly basis starting April 1 2026 for each active post installation associated with your account that have been installed for 90 days.
As a courtesy, an email will be sent 3 days prior to the renewal date to remind you that it is upcoming, giving you time to submit a removal request. Renewal fees that remain unpaid will result in the removal of the post(s).
For installations prior to our policy change, a grace period of an extra 15 days will apply and the renewal fees will begin April 15th, 2026.
If you currently have multiple posts installed, the applicable renewal fee will apply to each installation individually.
No action is required if you wish to continue the use of the posts under the updated policy. However, if you prefer to have the posts removed before the new renewal fee takes effect, please ensure any removal requests are submitted prior to April 1 2026.

Unfortunately we have had incidents of our posts being removed by the home owner or agent prior to a removal request being submitted, with damage occurring to our posts due to being extracted incorrectly, and our crew having to locate the removed post.
Due to this circumstance we have implemented a policy fee of $135.60 (incl HST) for posts that are removed by anyone other than a Post Install Pros team member.
We ask that you please advise home owners and other contacts that posts are not to be removed by anyone other than Post Install Pros to avoid this fee.
This policy applies only to posts owned by Post Install Pros.
